Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior OFSAA (Oracle FCCM / Mantas) Developer to lead and execute a major upgrade of an existing Mantas (FCCM) platform from 8.0.6/8.0.7 to 8.1.x, along with migration of multiple environments to a new data center (AWS → AWS). You will work closely with compliance stakeholders, architects, infrastructure, and DBA teams to ensure a secure, stable, and performance-optimized implementation across development, QA, performance, and production landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive hands-on development and technical leadership for OFSAA FCCM / Mantas upgrade (8.0.6/8.0.7 → 8.1.x).
- Perform impact analysis of upgrade changes across scenarios, rules, metadata, batch schedules, integrations, and custom components.
- Develop/enhance FCCM components, including:
- Scenario/rule logic, thresholds, segmentation, tuning support
- Data model mappings, staging, and ingestion pipelines
- Batch orchestration, dependency management, and restartability
- Support environment migration and cutover across multiple landscapes (Dev/QA/Perf/Prod).
- Partner with DBAs on Oracle performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, partitioning strategy, and batch window optimization.
- Build/maintain deployment and release artifacts, promotion plans, and rollback strategies.
- Troubleshoot production/performance issues and provide root-cause analysis (RCA).
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, change control, auditability, and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, build guides, release notes, upgrade checklists).
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in OFSAA / Oracle FCCM (Mantas) development and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Mantas upgrade activities and/or major version migrations.
- Solid understanding of FCCM AML / Compliance domain concepts (transaction monitoring, alerts/cases, scenario tuning).
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills and performance tuning experience in large data environments.
- Experience working across multi-environment landscapes (Dev/QA/Perf/Prod) with controlled releases.
- Ability to work independently, lead technical discussions, and collaborate across engineering + compliance teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with FCCM applications such as AML, Broker Compliance, Trade/Surveillance (as applicable).
- Familiarity with OFSAA metadata/configuration, batch framework, and deployment approaches.
- Experience with AWS-hosted OFSAA environments (EC2, storage, networking/security patterns).
- CI/CD exposure (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab) and automated deployment scripting.
- Experience with data reconciliation, validation frameworks, and parallel run support during migrations.
