Title: Test Automation Engineer (Senior)

Role Summary
We are seeking Senior Test Automation Engineers to build robust automation frameworks and improve overall product quality across UI, API, and integration layers. You will partner with developers and DevOps to shift-left testing and enable continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
- Create automated regression suites and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Automate testing for microservices and cloud-native deployments
- Implement test data management strategies and environment readiness checks
- Enhance quality practices: code coverage, contract testing, performance testing (where needed)
- Analyze failures, improve flakiness, and create actionable defect reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality in SDLC
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in QA; 3+ years strong automation focus
- Proficiency in Java or C# or Python for automation
- UI automation: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
- API testing: RestAssured / Postman / Karate
- CI/CD experience: Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps (any)
- Strong understanding of testing strategy, test pyramid, and agile practices
Nice to Have
- Performance testing: JMeter/Gatling
- Container/cloud testing experience (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS)
- Contract testing (Pact) and mocking strategies
